As the CEO of Fidere Solutions, he has recognized the rapid expansion of AI solutions and identified a critical gap in their application, particularly in underserved and overlooked markets. His passion lies in capturing market opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships, positioning Fidere Solutions as a leading AI technology platform that helps companies revolutionize their business practices through innovation.
Before founding Fidere Solutions, Chris co-founded Turner Investment Partners, a leading institutional asset management firm that managed over $28 billion in assets at its peak in 2016. Over a 26-year tenure, he played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth and success, serving as co-founder, lead portfolio manager, and technology analyst. His leadership helped establish Turner Investments as a market leader in growth stock investing, pioneering innovative investment products, including alternative investments, international funds, and hedge fund strategies.
Chris holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and a Bachelor’s degree in the same disciplines from Philadelphia University.

Chris Hawn spent the first 13 years of his career in New York, raising over a billion dollars in capital for several prestigious institutional investment firms. After achieving success in financial services, he transitioned into the technology industry. In 2015, he became an early investor in M2M Spectrum Networks (now IOTA Communications) and was soon appointed Head of Corporate Development. In this role, he secured an additional $80 million in capital and expanded revenues into dozens of new verticals, positioning the company for a merger with a public entity in 2019.
Following this success, Chris joined AI automation firm Nividous Software Solutions as Managing Director for the U.S., where he significantly grew the company’s revenues across multiple industries, built and led the U.S. sales team, and launched a successful partnership platform that helped establish Nividous as a leader in the software automation industry.
Currently, he serves as the Founder and President of an early-stage AI automation company, leveraging his expertise in strategic revenue growth and business development.

Kevin Murphy is a healthcare finance executive with over 30 years of experience guiding large-scale health systems and independent community hospitals through periods of growth, transition, and financial stabilization. His expertise spans network development, revenue cycle improvement, and lean cost-reduction strategies, enabling organizations to enhance care delivery while improving financial health.
Throughout his career, Kevin has held leadership roles such as System CFO at Signature Healthcare System and Interim CFO at BILH – Mt. Auburn. He is recognized for implementing innovative reengineering initiatives and fostering strong relationships with medical staff, consistently driving positive outcomes for the organizations he serves.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Iona College and a Master of Public Administration from Long Island University. His leadership approach emphasizes team building and mentorship, ensuring that the strategies he implements lead to long-term, sustainable success.

His career began in the U.S. Naval Nuclear Power Program, followed by roles in engineering consulting and technology leadership, including serving as Chief Technology Officer at Xerox’s Global Knowledge & Language Services.
Before joining Nividous, Alan was Senior Vice President at Freedom Mortgage, where he built a global technology team that drove significant revenue growth through automation and process optimization. By fostering a process-centric approach, his team achieved award-winning results while reducing staffing requirements.
Alan continues to focus on aligning technology with business goals, leveraging hybrid team models to drive innovation and growth in the U.S. market. His passion lies in helping organizations harness technology to achieve transformative outcomes and unlock their full potential.

Abby Chase has spent more than 20 years developing communication strategies for brands and positioning businesses for growth. She began her career in consumer advertising, working on campaigns for Volvo, the University of Michigan, and Samuel Adams. After several years in e-commerce with GSI Commerce—later acquired by eBay in 2010—she transitioned into pharmaceutical marketing, leading initiatives for Bristol-Myers Squibb and Johnson & Johnson.
In 2017, after managing a team of 35 creatives and developers, Abby became a partner at DiD Agency, now part of the Lucid Group. During her tenure, she and her partners led substantial growth, increasing revenue by 50% in just a few years. She later oversaw the consumer device segment of the business, tripling its revenue within two years. Her clients included Bausch + Lomb and L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty.
Currently, Abby leads marketing efforts for Fidere Solutions while running her own agency, Brown & Chase, based in Doylestown, PA. She is passionate about leveraging AI to support underserved communities and address complex societal needs.

Lawrence L. Sharp III is the Founder of SMILE Payee Services, dedicated to improving lives through representative payee and money management services. Since establishing SMILE in 2008, he has expanded its reach across multiple states, assisting individuals receiving Social Security, government benefits, or wages.
Beyond SMILE, Lawrence is deeply committed to community investment. He founded Steps 2 Greatness, an initiative focused on local revitalization projects, including the Euclid Athletic Republic SportsPlex—a state-of-the-art facility centered on health, wellness, and athletic training. His belief in the power of collaboration has driven meaningful change within the community.
Lawrence’s contributions have been recognized with honors such as the Bluestone Award from the Euclid Chamber of Commerce for his efforts to unite and support local causes. At Pacer Financial, JR built the Northeast Territory from the ground up, transforming it into the fourth-largest market out of 40 territories while achieving an average annual sales growth of 36%. Later, as Regional Sales Director at Crumdale Partners, he launched the Texas Territory, scaling it into one of the company’s largest and earning recognition as Salesperson of the Year in 2023. In addition to expanding markets, he has successfully led internal sales teams, demonstrating a unique ability to combine leadership with top-tier performance.
